Effective September 8, 2026.
This policy explains how Loudbaby handles information through its email and connected communication services.
Information we process
With the account holder’s authorization, we may process email contents, sender and recipient details, message and conversation identifiers, timestamps and delivery information. Connection credentials are used to maintain authorized account access.
How information is used
We use this information to manage correspondence, prepare and deliver responses, prevent duplicate messages, maintain service records and resolve technical problems. Responses may be prepared through automated processing and should be reviewed before being relied upon for important decisions.
Service providers and disclosure
We use third-party providers for email delivery, cloud hosting, storage and message processing. Relevant message content may be transmitted to these providers to prepare responses. Access and transfers are limited to providing, maintaining and securing these services, responding to authorized requests or meeting legal obligations. We do not sell email data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Email messages and sent responses remain subject to the mailbox’s retention settings. Operational records may include message identifiers, content fingerprints, processing status and delivery receipts. These records are retained until deleted by the operator; no fixed automatic deletion period applies. They help prevent duplicate delivery and support troubleshooting.
Service providers may retain processing or security records under their own retention requirements. Certain message-processing security records may be retained for up to 30 days, with longer retention where required for legal or safety purposes. Additional caching and account-specific retention may apply.
You may request that we discontinue processing or delete information by contacting us below. We will review removal of credentials and operational records, including retained storage versions, alongside any legal, security or operational requirements. Processing must be stopped before duplicate-prevention records are removed. Provider-held records remain subject to applicable provider requirements.
Access and account controls
Access is limited to authorized personnel and service components needed to operate the service. Authorized personnel may review information to resolve a technical issue or respond to a support request.
You can revoke access to a connected Google account through Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents future authorized access but does not automatically delete information already retained.
Google API data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Contact and changes
For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact privacy@loudbaby.com. Material changes to how information is used will be reflected in this policy before the changed use begins.
